How often is information & data updated in RIF?

The most critical, system-generated reporting data (total and rolled-up balances) are updated on a monthly basis, however most other data such as transactions, user metadata, and account metadata are updated much more frequently and not necessarily on a schedule. User-generated projections can affect total and rolled-up balances at any time.

How are my access capabilities determined in RIF?

Your relationship to sponsored program accounts governs your access and capabilities. Project PI's, department heads, sponsored program staff, and select member faculty can view account reports.
